Staten Island native Nasty Nick made his mark on NYC’s underground scene in 2009, performing at open mics including Pyramid’s EOW – End of the Week. His debut, Lost in the Shuffle (2012), introduced standout tracks “Fire,” “Kiss the Boys,” and “Make It Hot,” paired with visuals that set him apart. He followed with West Side Story (2013), highlighted by releases and videos for “Love Me” and “Always on the Run.”

Nasty Nick continued building his catalog with Still NASTY (2016), further establishing the confident, provocative style that became central to his identity as an artist. After stepping away from full-length projects, he returned with the Unmasked EP in 2023, beginning a new chapter of independent releases and creative experimentation.

In 2026, Nasty Nick entered one of his most active periods in years, releasing “Chess Not Checkers” in May and “Tell Me” in September while reconnecting his early underground roots with a more evolved blend of hip-hop, R&B and melodic influences.

That momentum now leads to “Favorite,” an upbeat hip-hop and R&B single arriving October 9, 2026. Blending late-’90s and early-2000s nostalgia with a contemporary edge, the track serves as the lead single from Nasty Nick’s forthcoming album, Artificial Intelligence, arriving November 7, 2026. The project revisits years of unreleased songs, lyrics and concepts, using AI-assisted production to bring previously unfinished ideas to life while keeping Nasty Nick’s writing, personality and creative direction at the center.
